Welcome to FrightFest. Congratulations on being part of the 27th edition of the TUBI FrightFest. In 2026, the festival will take place from Thursday, 27 to Monday, 31 August 2026.

FrightFest takes place in the heart of London on Leicester Square at the ODEON Luxe Leicester Square and ODEON Luxe West End. These cinemas will be our home for the five days.

The purpose of this brief online guide is if you're planning to attend FrightFest, it's to give you the information to help  make the most of your trip. If you are a first-timer, please read carefully. If you're a returning guest, it's still worth a read because some of the information is new and updated.

Before we get started, a couple of ground rules that we expect all guests to follow

If you plan to attend our Festival, please let us know. We have a handy online form for you to do this HERE. If you turn up unannounced, there's not much we can do for you, so please take five minutes to fill in the form.

Please turn off your phone when watching a film. You can live without it for 90 minutes. Remember, digital watches can be equally annoying to other audience members. It might seem obvious, but please don't get your phone out and take pictures of the screen when your name appears, especially at the beginning of films. We understand it's amazing to see yourself named up there on the silver screen, but please don't do it.
