WHAT TO DO:
If you experience or witness bad behaviour, don't hesitate to contact the nearest staff member. We will address the situation. A festival manager will be brought in ASAP when a complaint is received. They will collect the information, address the problem, and take appropriate action.
If anyone wants to file a formal complaint, please send it to email@example.com, where trained staff will investigate it. All verbal and email complaints will receive a response within 24 hours during the festival. The privacy of all parties will be maintained during an investigation, and the person making the complaint will be kept informed and notified when the investigation is completed.
If you are asked to stop any bad behaviour. YOU SHOULD STOP IMMEDIATELY. Remember, as mentioned above, FrightFest reserves the right of admission. If the behaviour continues, you will be asked to leave, and your ticket monies will not be refunded.
