Re: Where are you sitting?

To be honest I don't think it is water under the bridge. Ashface has been involved in 2 incidents(that I remember) that have marred the frightfest experience for some. Last year in August he was abusive to someone who then felt uncomfortable and didn't come back for anymore films despite having the ...

Re: Where are you sitting?

My wife and I have seats P24 and P25. Seems a few on here are just in front or behind us. If not I'll get the lovely emmybooth to lay a Harris trap for me, mwu hahahaha To save you from having to go court, I'll mention that Danielle Harris has had serious stalker issues before (someone obsessed wit...

Re: Fright Faces!

I think the term is fapping. Poor creamy Spongebob, he weighs twice as much by the end of Frightfest.

Re: Films everyone loves... except you!

Heartless - but probably best to stay quiet lest we anger the heartless and noel clarke fans. Braveheart - Pile of pish Shawshank - totally agree that it is nothing special. It's an ok film. I did enjoy the other 2 films mentioned (Kick-Ass was enjoyable nonsense with a nice bit of emotion in a cert...

I don't think he'll be fannying around on his phone in the background(not historically accurate and all that). We're going to see this at the 7.10 showing at the glasgow Cineworld before heading to see American Psycho at the GFT(already seen psycho there this week). I'm hopefull for a good popcorn m...

Re: The Rough Guide to FrightFest

Shared and cramped, that covers the fairly unventilated shower cupboard(shared by 4 rooms if my memory serves right) and the tiny shared toilet(I reccommend taking your own loo roll, sainsburys 2 minutes from HHH helps here). To be honest the films start early and finish late so you don't need to re...

Re: The Rough Guide to FrightFest

Yes Pukka and Zombegirl that is the same High Holburn Halls that a lot of us will be staying at. Only tip would be to avoid puppy, everyone else is lovely. Starting to get excited about August already. It's ten times worse when the postcards from Cannes start and you know we're only around the corne...

So ummm........... cant ignore it so my tuppence worth Voor, well made points that I totally agree with. I felt an element of rage build up as I read the posts you responded to. Trying to avoid the negativity, I just hope that this is a fairly educated forum and nothing else needs to be said. Anyway...

Re: FIGHT FEST

Aww, you make me nostalgic for my time working security in the big cineworld in Glasgow. i used to love a good kick out. all the better if they cause some trouble outside the screen(i hated to upset other people's enjoyment of the film). The secret is getting them out before the trouble starts and i...

Re: Thanks to the FF Boys... (Again)

Yes, thanks to everybody involved. From the frightfest boys to the staff member who did well in kicking out the drunk to the crowd who were as friendly as ever(with the exception of the 2 annoying drunks). I thought about grabbing a pen and getting all the calendar people to sign their respective pa...
