FrightFest

What did everyone think of the short film showcase?
I personally thought there was some brilliant stuff in there, my favourites being Demonitron: the 6th dimension, Banana Motherfucker, and Brutal Relax!

One of the best of the festival. Simply great fun throughout, good combination of old folklore, fake documentary and humour throughout, plus it looked fantastic on the giant empire screen. It also had the superb Norwegian band Kvelertak playing on the end credits!

One of the films i was looking forward to and found out it was sold out when i tried to get a ticket for it at 10.30am on the friday, but thankfully the empire staff informed me that come back 20 minutes before the film and there might be tickets, public tickets, available which there was, and which...

Excellent film, which owed more to Frontiere(s) than his previous film Hitman. Very well made, and the slow descent into in fighting and madness was harsh and brutal. Plus the nastiest death involving a baked bean tin can lid. The sort of film you always start your sunday morning with!
