FrightFest

The last segment in the haunted house saved this for me, as the rest of it I found rather dull.

Would be definitely interested to see this again once they have got access to proper footage and can trim the running time down. Way too long.

Never have read the book but will have to give that a go.

Rather run of the mill tbh and I thought the whole drunken cop stuff got very old, very quick. Lead actress was very nice to look at though. I suppose part of the problem is that we all to some extent compare films to the first one in that genre that we really liked, for me that would be tremors. As...

Hmm not sure about this one, had its moments but I must admit that it struggled to maintain my interest over the running time.

Very good opening film and really thought this got the fest off to a good start.

Lead actress was simply awesome.

Interesting thread this and pretty much mirrors my feeling regarding this years festival. This was number 8 for me and as I was really disappointed with the overall standard. Only film I actually walked out of this year, gave it well over an hour but it just really bored me.

Absolutely loved this.

It understood exactly what it was trying to do and excelled at doing it.

Not laughed so much at frighfest in a very long while.

Stunning scenery but when that is all that I find memorable about a film then that is not a good sign.

Very disappointed as I was expecting something a lot better.

Really liked this an definitely one of my faves of the weekend.

Absolute garbage.

I thought this was the best thing I saw by a long distance this year.
