bump3r1 wrote:Overall a good strong line-up, slightly disappointed that there is no ABC's of death, you're next or lovely Molly but hey ho can't have it all. My only gripe is that grabbers should be shown before cockneys v vampires on the first night so I could get an early night.
Lovely Molly is out already - released today.

Theres some great movies...........but some potential mega turkeys that could have been replaced ....outpost 2....???? really???
Was that honestly the best that could have been done with that slot on the main screen after scouring the horror worlds resources ???

I hope argento black glove stabs all of you who ruined Giallo for me and my mates a few years back..

Go see "We are the Night"..its better than you might think.

Peace

You never know - OUTPOST 2 might be good. I don't have much love for the first one, but it could still be worth a look.

I'm toying with WE ARE THE NIGHT; depends what it's up against and whether I mind missing that too much.

Surprised Ben Wheatley's SIGHTSEERS didn't make it, but then the release date is November 30th according to imdb, so one for Halloween then...

I was also hoping for You're Next, and judging from the enthusiasm shown towards it after Toronto I expect this a case were "should've shown" doesn't apply, and it's actually "can't show".

Alan said that a number of the filmns they were after for August were for some reason or another not available, but had been booked for Halloween. And that the Halloween line-up was therefore looking very strong.

Damn, for my own selfish sake I hope the halloween one is rubbish - it's my other half birthday at the end of October so there is no chance I'll ever be given permission to spend her birthday sat in a cinema in London all night.
