Aftershock Review
Aftershock Review
Aftershock was a good choice for the closing film of the festival (albeit the last two Hellfjord episodes followed), being a well-paced, occasionally horrific, disaster movie with a sense of humour, but also some darker and more disturbing scenes. Beforehand I was a little dubious about it being a disaster flick instead of a more conventional horror, but it worked well and suited its timeslot. Also nice to have the guests along too. 8 / 10
No tears, please. It's a waste of good suffering.
