Printing tickets

Post by Paul1968 »

Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere.. I've bought a load of single tickets. Each ticket confirmation email asked me to download the ticket which I have done (downloaded to my phone). But the email says I need to log in to validate my tickets - when I log in there is nothing about validating my tickets though..?

You don't need to print them, as long as you have them on your phone you can just show that digital version to get into the film.

Might be worth printing out any discovery screen films you're not 100% sure you'll be attending though, because that way you can hand them over to the team to reallocate if you're not watching it.

It’s also worth noting that, although the tickets and QR code download to Apple wallet (if you have an iPhone), there is no reference to the seat number you have booked.

To avoid any confusion (likely to be mostly my own admittedly) i’m just gonna print them out...
