Had a great chat with the makers of Papa Wrestling after the showcase and they kindly gave me a DVD. They're a collective of filmmakers who are swapping roles for each film they make (they have 8 planned) so fingers crossed we get to see their next one soon - great stuff..

For those who missed it, or those who want to see it again - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xPZMmjRceqM

Also love Rise of the Appliances - complete silly genius..
It's horrible... I love it... What is it?

Thought Rise of the Appliances was great fun. Loved it 9/10 ! I didn't see the ones before that so cannot comment. The films that came after, I am afraid bored me to tears. I thought they were unimaginative, dull and about as scary as Bagpuss.

Overall a very good selection of short films this year. Some were a tad too long. Best of the bunch was Papa Wrestling.
Thanks for the ride, sir.
You have lovely sheep.
