Buying tickets

Buying tickets for the all-nighter - is that done through the Vue website or is there a sleepy (and chilly) queue?

Online ticketing didn't go live until about 11:30 unfortunately. Then I was sold a ticket with a randomly allocated seat rather than the one I chose. So I tried again and this time I was sold TWO randomly allocated seats, instead of one. The telephone staff were very efficient at processing a refund, but the online system is pants - as you cannot see what you have ordered at the point at which you confirm the purchase.
