I suspect the logistics of having three separate types of ticket to the Disco screen - full FF pass, one off film tickets and full Disco pass - for a screen of about 80-100 seats wouldn't be manageable. Besides, the films in the Disco screen repeat over the weekend so you'd be getting fewer films.
The lineup was fine. I've absolutely no quibbles about this film being on or that film not being on. Whatever they do, it'll include something someone doesn't care for; I didn't mind seeing Outpost 2 on the massive Empire screen a whole day before it's available as a DVD.

Possibly one of the reasons this year's selection was disappointing to some is in the selection of films for the London Film Festival. Looks like the Festival's organisers have been aggressively bidding for films that are ideal Frightfest material. Sightseers (in the Festival 'Laugh' section!), John Who Dies In the End, Room 237,Citadel, Kiss of the Damned, Black Rock etc - all in the 'Cult' section

That sounds promising - the LFF is normally remarkably lacking in genre films.
