FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

These are additional films playing during the festival. All films in the Discovery Screen need a separate ticket – your pass does not automatically guarantee entry.

There will be a limited number of free tickets available to pass holders. Passholders will be sent details closer to the time on how to apply for this.

Passholder discovery tickets will be released on Saturday, August 17th, at noon. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

We recommend logging into your account once you have purchased your pass(es) and ‘transfer’ the pass to them so they can apply for their own tickets on the day.

We release unsold tickets to pass holders at the last minute during the festival. You will receive further information via an email on how this will work.  We are in a new location for 2024 so we are still working this one out.

Yes, of course. We sell single tickets to each of the screenings. Head to the schedule page, where each of the films will be listed for single tickets.

Single Tickets go on sale at noon on Saturday, 20th July.

Please contact tickets@frightfest.co.uk in the first instance. During the festival, you can stop by the Box Office Desk in the ODEON Leicester Square foyer or approach one of our helpful volunteers, who can help you.
